Front desk staff Alena was super helpful!
The staff cooking the omelettes and the staff managing breakfast were wonderful. Roomkeepers were efficient.
The biggest issues were baby squeals echoing from the center gathering space until late and late night door slams from neighbors, and that is a design issue. The staff was fantastic.

Beautiful room. We had and upgrade with one of the suites. The staff were all incredibly helpful. The restaurant food was very good and the servers were great. Parking is a challenge in the area, but the valet service was awesome. We picked this place as we were able to walk, about 20 min, to the Cog Railway, which is a plus given parking is a challenge there as well.
