The room was very clean. The staff eas incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. However, if you wanted to have access to the internet it was another upcharge. When you pay over $400 a night for a room, i think you should have access to the internet.

The beds, linens and pillows were excellent and the room very spacious. Exactly what you want after a long travel day.

The front desk staff were great. The room, not so much. We stayed here a year ago, and it was luxurious, clean, spotless. This year I found a stain on the bed. The sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, all look like somebody slept here before us. Iā€™m not happy with the quality or cleanliness of the room this time.

The Westin was great, the staff was very friendly. The room was great, very comfortable, loved all the glass, the views were amazing.
