One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. "Pros: Die Villa war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Pool, der uns während der Hitzewellw in der letzten Woche genügend Abkühlung verschafft hat. Benedetta ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die alle 2 Tage zum Pool säubern vorbei kam. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, in dem auch viel in der bezaubernden Küche gekocht wurde. "Our stay in Florence at this villa was absolutely delightful. Chiara was incredibly welcoming, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Des fourmis a l’entrée aux toiles d’araignées, mais surtout une forte odeur de moisissure qui embaume le 2eme étage au complet et même les draps et les matelas. Dans la cuisine: une forte odeur de créosote est présente dès que l’on ferme la porte. Le four au gas ne fonctionne pas. Le plafond coule. "We received almost no assistance from the the host. Road to property was washed out and bearly passable. Property was dirty, moldy and spider infested. The mold caused breathing issues to my wife who has an allergy to mold, as well as with 3 others of our traveling companions. There was no possible way we could safely stay there.
