"Hotel is pretty big and the floor plan was a little confusing as you needed to take different lifts depending on where you were going. Signage could be improved. Really impressed with the gym. Had a big selection of machines and weights (probably one of the best equipped hotel gyms I've been in). Rooftop bar and pool were really standout; great outdoor space with views over the city towards the Duomo. Worth staying here just for the rooftop. Drinks at the bar were VERY expensive though. Location was good: took abnout 10/15 minutes to walk to the Cathedral. Tram stop to/from airport directly outside. Room was nice: good size, cool design, big/comfortable bed, decent bathroom, free coffee/water. Overall, good value (esp. considering the rooftop pool) and a really good place to stay."

"I cannot say enough compliments for the staff / especially at the front desk. A major thank you to Gene who helped me when I lost my sunglasses. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk into the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a nice bar area and a good breakfast. A welcome drink was a very nice touch."
