John & Andreas made us feel at home upon entry, shout out to both of these guys! They made sure we got a cab every time we needed one and they had such amazing energy! Francesca was the one who checked us in. Shout out to her!!! She was such great help since the begging. Thank you for the champagne as well, we appreciated that a lot! On our way back to the hotel from the private island we came across Ariana. She was so welcoming. We had such a good conversation about the island and how back home is so much different. I had planned a surprise for my girlfriend that Ariana knew nothing about. When the time came, I myself was surprised by a special note with a treat left by Ariana. So thankful for this because she didn’t have to! Thank you so much Ariana! Elder is apart of navigations & this is the most important part for me. Elder assisted me all the way to acquire flowers, balloons, and chocolate to surprise my girlfriend. Gracias Hermano!! Filipe made sure we were comfortable & made sure we had towels anytime we were at the pool! Thank you for the conversations we’ve had. Highly appreciated. "
