"The beach view was AWESOME. Deck was gorgeous. Staff was super nice. Parking was easy. Our neighbors the first two nights was super loud and kinda wild, and the walls are thin, but a manager offered to give us a different room, which was extremely nice. We wound up staying, and they chilled out, ultimately. We were able to bring our dog, it was a super easy walk to the boardwalk, and you basically fall out onto the beach. We’ll absolutely be back! 💕"

"Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was extremely crowded however it was Spring Break for a lot of people. We love how everything we needed was within walking distance. "

"The room was clean and the location was great. Plenty to do in the nice beach town of capitola and this hotel is right in the sweet spot. Perfect for a couples getaway. Staff was friendly and very helpful. "

"The best part is the location to the beach. The inside of our room was wonderful, but even though a kitchenette is offered, there is no silverware or plates, or cookware, and just a couple of random cups and glasses. You practically have to pack your luggage as if you are camping in the woods. They will happily rent you those items.. Pay attention to how they collect their deposit. Normally a hotel will put a hold on the deposit but this hotel actually charges the deposit per night! which takes longer for it to drop off. The television didn’t work the coffee maker didn’t work and the key entry was a chore. "

"The location is the best part of this hotel. Across the street from the beach & boardwalk & walkable distance to the wharf. If you just want a room to crash in after a long day, this is your place. If you want to a place to feel like you’re a special guest, not it! Very basic, no extras, parking is challenging & $25 per day. Front desk is minimally staffed. I will not stay here again."

"No free breakfast. Every thing else was nice we enjoyed our stay. Room were nice and clean. I enjoyed the shower and body wash. The room was big. Iam definitely coming back in the future."

"Sadly- things just didn’t go smoothly. Air conditioning in our room was not working- we were offered a fan the first day. However the next day I asked the maintenance guy himself and it was fixed in 2 minutes. Power went out in our room one morning from turning on the hair dryer. We were told maintenance wasn’t in yet so no one could flip the breaker. Room keys reset 3 of 4 days. Keys didn’t work to pool We had called ahead to learn if there were plans for an egg hunt / the Easter Bunny - we were told no. Yet there were. They were updating the room to the left and right of us - which was needed. But started working at 8am- not great when traveling with teenagers who could have slept in for their spring break. Pool towels lacking. Pool app to order - didn’t work Once we got it to and food was sent without the modifications They need to set aside parking for hotel guests versus restaurant guests versus members . "
