"Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a hospedagem. Voltaríamos com certeza. Café da manhã muito bom, bem variado e com qualidade. Únicos pontos a melhorar para mim como um todo é o ambiente do café da manhã, que pode ser bem mais agradável, uma iluminação mais legal e mais decorado - tal como é o restante do hotel, e a temperatura das piscinas aquecidas, onde alguma das 3 piscinas poderia ser mais quente que as demais. Estava 14ºC em Gramado e a água estava um pouco desagradável em todas."

"Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room ."

"We truly loved everything about our stay at Fioreze Family Hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to all the main spots in the city. We were traveling as a family of four—my wife, our two kids, and I—and this was the only hotel we found (even compared to big names like Marriott in São Paulo) that offered a room with a queen bed plus two twin beds, all in the same space. That made a huge difference for us. The amenities were excellent across the board. But what really stood out—and made the experience unforgettable—was the incredible hospitality of the entire staff, from the valet team to housekeeping. I highly recommend Fioreze and will absolutely be returning."

"Quarto com limpeza impecável, com o sossego da natureza ao redor, estilo cabaninha no meio do mato e de fácil acesso. Ótimo para descansar durante os dias de passeio na região. Só a recepção não foi muito receptiva no período noturno, mas todos os outros funcionários eram muito prestativos, amigáveis e educados. As rosquinhas do café da manhã são uma delícia (quando tem disponível no buffet, porque a la carte não tem a opção), assim como os outros pratos mais caseiros. Esse esquema diferenciado no café também deixou um pouco a desejar pois não engloba muitos itens do buffet (nem coisas básicas como bacon de acompanhamento de omelette)"
