"Very cute hotel near downtown Gramado. Employees are very kind, patient, and friendly. Room was very clean, but also very small. Since we were out and about a lot the small room didn't matter too much, but I was surprised how small it was. Shower was nice with good water pressure.

"Understaffed so it took a lot of time for any service. There were not sufficient table for everyone at Breakfast so we had to wait a long time. We left the hotel for 6 hours and our rooma were not clean even when we put the please clean room ."
