O Hotel fica em área arborizada, possui estacionamento próprio sem custo adicional, o atendimento é ótimo e a piscina térmica é muito boa, a água bem quentinha. Com certeza recomendo o hotel, principalmente para quem vai com crianças!

O chuveiro aquecia de mais e quando ligavamos a água fria, gelava de mais, a estrutura da piscina é gelada de mais, o atendimento péssimo. Café da manhã lotado, com atendimento péssima, fiquei quase 20 minutos esperando uma mesa e ninguem limpou para eu utilizá-la, tive que usar a mesa suja. Tv nao funcionava o som. Pessoas sem paciência. Nossa estadia era até sexta e fomos embora antes, por ser muito ruim.

Hotel está sem manutenção, janelas com falta de pintura e sujas, porta de banheiro com lascados, luminárias de parede caindo, TV não acessa internet . Wi-fi fraco. Café da manhã sortido mas caiu muito a qualidade em relação ao antigo hotel continental. Falta de receptivos para malas. Assim como carrinhos para malas.

A equipe do hotel é bastante cordial e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar, o que fez diferença na experiência. No entanto, a estrutura precisa de alguns cuidados, especialmente nos banheiros dos quartos (eu particularmente também achei que a limpeza deixou a desejar neste ambiente) e na brinquedoteca, que aparentam falta de manutenção. O café da manhã, embora gostoso, repete o mesmo cardápio todos os dias, o que pode enjoar em estadias mais longas. Para quem viaja com crianças, vale mencionar que o som na brinquedoteca é alto e as músicas tocadas não são apropriadas para o público infantil, além de estar sempre muito bagunçada. As fotos não condizem com a estrutura da brinquedoteca.
