Tivemos uma ótima estadia. O local é confortável, longe de barulhos e com uma vista agradável da natureza ao redor. Perto do centro e locais para alimentação. Tinha um bom sistema de calefação para o frio e ar condicionado para o calor. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos.

Fiquei no andar térreo, pensa num hotel barulhento! A sensação é que as pessoas do corredor e da recepção estão conversando “dentro do nosso quarto”. Ser acordada 6:30 da manhã nas férias ninguém merece! Enfim, fiquei muito furiosa nesse quesito. No mais, o recepcionista da noite muito atencioso e educado e o café da manhã é perfeito! O único problema foi a acústica. Infelizmente não tenho intenção de voltar por esse motivo.

Hotel tem boa localizacao, bem central em Canela e de rapido acesso a Gramado. Staff atencioso de maneira geral. Porem é bastante antigo e a qualidade da noite foi ruim devido ao tamanho da cama e a roupa de cama curtinha.

Hotel com ótimo custo benefício, já estive nele em uma outra Viagem, ótimo café da manhã, porém percebi que a variedade diminuiu um pouco, em relação aos quartos são espaçosos, porém precisa de uma melhor atenção a manutenção, camas com colchões já bem usados não oferecendo um ótimo conforto.

Dias frios em local quentinho e delicioso

Foram dias incríveis! Tive um poblema no quarto e prontamente a Andressa me ajudou, foi de uma sensibilidade impar a minha solicitação e me mudou de quarto! Vista incrível, funcionários prestativos! Só o café da manhã que após as 9h é complicado! Mas nada q desabone o hotel e custo benefício!

Lugar aconchegante

Achei o tamanho do quarto excelente. Como levei minha filha de 3 anos faltou ter lençol e coberta extra para o sofá cama, porém como reservei tarde acredito que possa ser o motivo, toalha também só tinham duas, peguei apenas 1 diaria também. O café da manhã é ótimo os funcionários super atenciosos. Tem espaço kids. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Me cobraram a diária novamente quando cheguei, além do site. Me devolveram depois, mas achei que seria válido verificarem antes de cobrar em duplicidade. No geral gostei bastante e recomendo.
