A limpeza do quarto e a gentileza dos funcionários são os pontos altos da estadia. Possui um ótimo custo benefício, especialmente se o objetivo é conhecer Gramado e ter apenas um lugar confortável e seguro para dormir. O café da manhã não é muito bom e as instalações do hotel pareciam precisar de mais cuidados.

A localização do hotel é muito boa e o fato do estacionamento ser gratuito ajuda muito, porém existem vários reparos básicos que ajudariam. É um hotel bem antigo e no nosso quarto tinha uma espelho de tomada aberto com fios desencapados bem acima da cama do meu filho (tive que colar um adesivo em cima pra ele não tocar enquanto dormia); a lixeira estava quebrada, a saboneteira também, a pia vazava, a temperatura do chuveiro oscilava bastante e o quarto é beem claro. Acordamos muito cedo com a claridade. Além disso o ar não tinha controle que funcionava, meu marido teve que subir numa cadeira e ligar pelo botão.
