"Clean rooms, staff great , just a nice place "

"We just got back from AVA Resort in Cancun and had an awesome stay. The property is beautiful, extremely clean, and very well maintained. From check-in to checkout, the staff was welcoming and attentive. We traveled with our boys and this place is truly family friendly. There was plenty for them to do, and we never felt like it was “adults only” or geared one direction. It had a great balance — fun energy but still relaxing. The Friends & Family room was a huge hit. It gave us plenty of space to spread out, hang together, and still have privacy when needed. Perfect setup for a family trip. Great amenities, solid food options, and an overall vibe that made it easy to enjoy time together. We’d definitely come back."

"Only here for one day that is my only regret should’ve stayed here longer it is on a beautiful stretch of white sand for Hotel has many Pools I would’ve loved to have stayed here longer. It is definitely like the pictures that you see absolutely beautiful would recommend it. I did not do all inclusive. I sort of understood what she was saying but I was not asked if I speak Spanish really well, but I look like I did so I didn’t get the proper translation. I think all inclusive could work here as well as there’s not much outside the resort. "
