"Loft conforme aux photos et même plus beau. L'appartement est très bien situé en plein centre-ville, à côté d'un supermarché et à 5 mn à pied de la plage. "The host and staff were amazing. They communicated with us throughout our entire stay. Helped with cabs, things to do, restaurants, getting usxan adapter. The list goes on. The apartment we stayed is was beautiful. We had a nice view of the river and overlooked a garden with a lemon tree. It was so charming. Right in the heart of Alfama. We loved it!"

"The room was clean but a little worn out in places. There are no outlets for phones etc. we had to pull out plugs in order to charge our iPad watches etc.The staff at the lobby were great, they helped as much as they could. We had difficulty accessing our room as it was not ready until 90 minutes past check-in time."
