Excellent location in the Alfama area with easy walking or metro to other parts of Lisbon. The room was lovely but very small. The hotel has a beautiful boutique feel to it and overlooks an attractive square.

Great location (close to the city center but not too loud). My room was very clean and staff was extremely friendly. I enjoyed their breakfast every morning (nice selection of pastries, fresh fruit, meat/cheese). Would stay there again.

Location is the top reason we stayed there. Easy access to river walk and other squares. But to go to some parts of town it uphill walking. The room was comfortable and laid out well. The only item not to give it 5 stars is No washcloth for the shower. All the other places we stayed in Portugal did. Breakfast is ok not extradinare. The hotel is a small boutique hotel. Staff is there 24 hours . Lots of restaurants just down the walkway.

Property was conveniently located in the Alfama area - a short distance from restaurants and shops as well as the baixa/chaido area. Staff was extremely responsive about air conditioning issues and fixed it immediately upon request. They also were helpful in locating outlets that were neatly tucked away out of sight but very conveniently located at the bed side. I’d definitely return

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was spotless, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, and my room was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully maintained. What really made this stay exceptional was the location. The hotel is situated in a terrific neighbourhood with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. It felt safe, vibrant, and was the perfect base for exploring the area. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the excellent service to the convenient location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Five stars!
