Simply an amazing and unique hotel! Room was well appointed and clean. Staff was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. I do recommend taking advantage of their nearby parking garage. It’s a bit tight for SUVs and large cars but convenient to the hotel.

Such an unusual property, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The only drawback I found was Internet was weak at times. A wardrobe and a few chairs in the room would be great. Laundry was available nearby, as was a supermarket. The choice of restaurants was endless. Would definitely come back.

Interesting hotel in a very lively part of town. The room itself was very clean and well maintained, spacious. Shower was wonderful. We had some issues with the air conditioning which was fixed after speaking with the staff.

Location and the uniqueness of this hotel alone makes you want to stay again. Loved the stay , beds are amazingly huge and comfy , room it self was quirky and fun. Great way to finish our trip to Portugal . Would reccommend

We absolutely loved our stay at Pensão Amor! The hotel is full of personality, with a playful, romantic, slightly cheeky theme that makes exploring the property genuinely fun without ever feeling over the top. There are so many delightful little details throughout the hotel that we found ourselves noticing something new every time we walked around. The location is fantastic — right on Pink Street, in the heart of the action, with restaurants, bars, and so much to explore just steps away. Despite being in such a lively area, our room felt incredibly private and peaceful. The soundproof windows were a huge plus and made it surprisingly quiet at night. I’ll admit I’m a bit of a prude, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from a sexually themed hotel, but Pensão Amor struck the perfect balance. It felt fun, tasteful, and intriguing rather than uncomfortable or excessive. There was plenty to discover and enjoy while still feeling completely safe and comfortable. Overall, it was such a memorable and unique place to stay — romantic, quirky, private, and perfectly situated for exploring Lisbon. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was pretty cool .. club/ bar scene was very old school with class .. comfortable sexy relaxed ambiance. Ppl were enjoying their cocktails and conversations. Rooms was nicely kept up clean. The young lady that attended was super sweet and tried her best to make sure we had a wonderful experience. I only have 2 complaints .. Elevator not working upon arrival .. just think of taking ALL your luggage to the higher floors ! Thank goodness the staff helped us carry up all that luggage .. 2. Managers / Owners refused to come talk to us regarding the issue and show face .. It not the way you want people visiting your country.. shame on you !!

It’s fab like all other reviews said, but seriously the area was SO NOISY. Don’t get me wrong, I had a great time - the room was perfect, I slept pretty well with ear plugs and blackout curtains on. I just really underestimated how busy the area is!! Like I had to push through the drunken patrons to get to the lift that goes to my room. I would say it’s not for everyone, but I enjoyed it very much. 5/5!!

This hotel is certainly not for everyone, but it really is a once in a lifetime experience. The staff was excellent, the overall vibe was amazing, and the location is equally close to everything you could ever want yet far enough away for the major tourist area that you can catch your breath. The noise was well dampened by the windows but being right in the middle of the action is going to invite more noise than a mountain lodge. The decor is over the top just like you want. The bar downstairs had good action and decently priced drinks. The restaurant choice is excellent, the market is great for lunch and sangria. Bus & trains station are a short walk.

As someone who loves a boutique hotel with unique features, I adored this place. Also as someone who doesn't like crowds, it's a bit rough trying to enter at night with the main entrance being on pink street. The room itself was very large, the amenities were really quite excellent, and their staff were all great. They accommodated my ridiculously early check in without hassle, had wifi great enough for me to do business calls without issue, and having a California King bed was a wonderful surprise. I'd definitely recommend staying here, especially for the adventurous couple or group.

Room very clean. In a busy night life area. Hotel has taken great care in sound proof measures. We couldn't hear anything from other rooms or the street. This hotel definitely for adults only adult themed and decorated quite amorously. Check with the bar and they call reception to get you. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great location close to metro easy walk to hotel lots of food options.
