Krystal Grand's service was disappointing. During my stay, students from Lucerna school caused disruption, including inappropriate behavior in the pool and unprofessional attitudes from staff and students. Communication issues and neglect of guest concerns, including an assault, worsened the experience. The lobby staff's poor communication also made the final days unpleasant. Avoid this hotel. The food is repetitive, low quality, and seems aimed only at international guests. This is the first time I've found all-inclusive food in Mexico to be tasteless and lackluster. To the wonderful employees who made me feel like family, Antonio, Lili, Alexia, Vanessa, Urias, Manuel, and Victor, thank you so much for your treatment and for making me happy during my stay. Your efficiency and customer service were beyond expectations. Krystal Grand Management, I have reviewed the reviews. To be clear: your apologies won't alter the reality that your poor communication, coordination, and inefficiency have failed to resolve the issue.

Good: clean, relatively new property, excellent food. Not so great: Pools are good but on the small side, staff is not as attentive or helpful (compared to other resorts in the area, and i have been to plenty since i live in San Diego and Cabo is our favorite get away with wife & 2 kids). Last but not least was the fact that the 24hr room service was unavailable for the last night we stayed, and we came back at 9pm from the restaurant and found the room cleaning staff telling us that they're cleaning the room and we have to wait, even though the room had been cleaned earlier. So I suspect miscommunication and the fact that she ended up not doing a full cleaning when we got back in the room.

Beautiful resort. Only down fall was at one point we felt discriminated by some of the pool staff not wanting to service us pool side and telling us we needed a table. When they were literally serving people in the pool right next to us. We all pay money to get the best of the all inclusive and everyone should be treated fairly.

Great property, would def stay there again

My family and I stayed at Hacienda Encantada again this summer after experiencing amazing service and a beautiful resort two years ago. However, this time there was a noticeable decline in service quality and management. When we arrived to check in, we expected some sort of upgrade for being Expedia Gold members, just as we received two years ago. Despite our status, we were only given a room one floor higher and were told that was our upgrade. However, the rest of our family, who are not Gold members, were placed on the same floor as us. So what exactly was the upgrade? As the days went by, we noticed the lack of staff around the resort. During our previous stay, bellboys were always driving around in carts, ready to transport guests. That wasn't the case this time. Instead, we constantly had to call the bellboy line, which was difficult because of the poor phone quality, and then wait over 10 minutes for transportation. One memorable example occurred when we were waiting for a cart to take us to a dinner reservation. We waited over 20 minutes and eventually had to walk. Along the way, we saw five vacant carts parked in the lobby area with no one available to operate them. Concierge was no help during these situations. I do not think I will be returning to this resort, as I expected the same quality service we received two years ago. To end on a positive note, this resort is very beautiful, the views are amazing, and the food quality was great.
