"It’s an incredibly beautiful property and the staff were more than incredible. Everyone of the staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. My wife and I were staying there for 11nights to celebrate our 45th anniversary… and the hotel made it that we were celebrating every night with a treat of hand made cakes and chocolates. The only negative in my opinion was the Spa facility and the exorbitant pricing.. we have amazing and very affordable Spa’s… and unfortunately did find a hint of arrogance reason why we decided against using this facility.. special thanks to Karla our ambassador and Vanessa and another young lady, I forget her name,who received us every morning with beautiful smiles for breakfast! Nobu, Ardea and Munna were were amazing restaurants! Pacific was as well good and cuisine was very Mexican. The manager at Munna and Saul at Ardea were very good.. Thank you each and everyone of the staff! We will be back!"

"The staff at the resort was absolutely amazing. There was one grouchy lady at the 50s diner, but other than that, everyone at the resort was more than accommodating. Gracia, the employee who checked us in, was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire state. The resort is very nice but getting a little dated and could use some upgrades and detailed cleaning. But again, it’s Mexico and it’s on the ocean so it gets a lot of wear and tear. The Market area was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend staying at this resort if you’re in Capo. Family, friendly, and welcomin! "

"So happy we picked this all inclusive. Very clean and well kept resort with great food options, and very polite and friendly staff. Beach was beautiful and although not really for swimming it was still nice to play around in the water a bit and take it all in. I brought my wife for her birthday and we enjoyed that it was more family oriented and not a crazy party scene. The pool was super fun and great music drinks and delicious pizza and snacks. Found out they offered a membership that gets you VIP amenities and access to special events and secret private bars and stuff to which was awesome. Looking forward to coming back soon. "
