"Very clean and new. Tremendous hotel with a TON of people. Staff was average they moved extremely slow and not super accommodating. Very expensive for average food, pool experience etc"

"There were 8 of us ranging from 6 to 77 years. We all had a great time. Location is terrific, close to beaches, good restaurants and a well stocked supermarket.Outdoor area is beautiful with a big and small pool.Only one concern, which is likely to be ongoing for a while.They are developing a condo resort right next to the house and the noise is considerable."

"Pool was enjoyable and it was suitable for all ages plenty of places to go within walking distance. Great place to stay if looking for a unique Bahamas experience. Easy to access from the airport and can drive to cruise port and park at the British Colonial for cheap when wanting to visit. Cable beach public access very close by. "

"The cleanliness was a bit to be desired. I had to ask for the floor to be mopped after I checked in. There was hair in the bathroom stuck to the walls. The internet connection was horrible. I stayed for four days and more than half the time there was no internet connection at all. That’s sucks when it’s the main way you can use your phone and devices. The pool was unkept and there was a group of cats being fed by regulars of the attached bar. The only pro in my opinion is that it is located on Bay St which has bus access to everything along the coastline. But even trying to use the bus was a chore because I kept being passed by the bus driver. I probably would choose a different location next trip. "

"There are no amenities. Not even hangers for your clothes. Told us to go to a store and buy some! As far as hosts a couple were very nice, the others could have cared less.Had family emergency and left 4 days early. We were told we would get email about refund for the 4 days. Have not heard from them."

"Alicia our host was friendly and welcoming - good information provided on arrival and great tips for travel and food recommendations.The house was spacious and sleeping accommodation couldn’t be faulted.We were informed, on arrival that the oven was not working but a small grill/oven was available as an alternative. Unfortunately, this was not sufficient to accommodate our cooking needs so wasn’t used.The fridge needs some attention. Whilst we were aware of the ice making facility not working, it also beeped continuously. Outside, was less impressive and real life did not reflect the images shown on the advert. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked but it was on the smaller size and the outside area was tired and in need of some TLC; although this didn’t impact on our enjoyment.Location was ideal. Cable beach is approx 7 min walk but was smaller than expected. The house is situated well for transport into town and access to local restaurants shops and bars.We had a great time!! "
