"We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. "The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...
