The location, views and serenity are unmatched. The hotel sits on top of a hill overlooking the ocean and its gorgeous colors and a lush green landscape between the hotel and the water. The stay was lovely, a true boutique hotel.

Excellent property located near the airport. Up on a hill overlooking the ocean. Be advised that the entrance to the lobby is not ADA compliant. Meaning no ramp to the lobby. Just 20 steps. Architecture was beautiful and grounds were well kept. Easy walk down the private road to the nearby restaurant (which was quite good). It is about 20 minutes from downtown and not walkable. But hotel will shuttle you there if you wish to leave some dollars on island for t shirts. I’d definitely stay there again.

The hotel was great just the right size and a great view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We flew in for a wedding on short notice and they helped us with transportation, restaurants, etc. If we go back to Nassau again they would be my first choice for a hotel.

Beautiful property with a long narrow drive up the hill. The view is stunning. Would recommend to rent a car to get to the beach and restaraunts. The bedding and matress was a disappointment. Fitted sheet didnt fit right and stained mattress was not a good discovery Overall it was ok
