Most places/activities close and it feels like you should also pick-up and go to your room.......But overall loved it and will definitely come back."

"This host is very caring and recommended us a great taxi driver. We were landing late so she generously offered us to get what we needed at the grocery for our breakfast the next morning. She also got us a 5 gallon of water from her own reserve. Communication was easy and the place was very comfortable, we didn’t miss anything. There was a little confusion with some pictures in the ad and they should have been described as nearby features, and that got corrected. We had no issues with the Wi-Fi and the walking distance to the beach was an absolute winner. If we go back to Nassau, we would definitely book again. "

"Sonya and Raymond were excellent hosts. They were there upon arrival and very responsive during our stay. Raymond got us tickets to Atlantis and drove us there. Sonya's mother took me to the grocery store and liquor store and they helped us find rides to anything we wanted to do. Our only issue was noise from the neighbors. The house down the street had dogs that barked from night until the morning and one night music was blasting until 5 am from another house. We were there during a spring break timeframe, so maybe it's not always like that.If you want a property with a nice pool, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and wonderful hosts - choose this one! "The place was super nice, location was in a quiet, gated neighbourhood. The only problem we had was with a few inconveniences… there was a coffee maker with no coffee filters, dishwasher with no soap tabs, laundry machine with nothing to do laundry with, etc. This would have been good to know in advance as there isn’t really anywhere close to buy these things. We tried walking to the beach on day one and quickly discovered it wasn’t very accessible on foot, so we recommend getting a taxi or a bus in and out of the neighbourhood. There weren’t any blankets for the pullout bed when we arrived, so we had to bunk up for the night - but they were thankfully delivered the next day. Other than that, the air conditioning was great, everything was clean, Anthony was quick to respond to any questions, and we really enjoyed our stay."

"The house is beautiful and clean, however pretty tired all around. Only few windows can be opened, the living room furniture is very old. The layout is great, good size bedrooms, beautiful outdoor space - however all needs some TLC. We did notice some rodent activity around the home, and unfortunately also under the kitchen sink. The washer and dryer are very old. "
