"The place would be excellent if the rooms were better. The room I stayed in was 902, when upstairs flushed the toilet it leaked in the shower in my room. The staff were great and friendly."

"We had an absolutely amazing week for our first time in Bahamas. Carole was great to deal with and was very quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. Everything in the unit was as described. The living space was fantastic and bedrooms were very comfortable. The location was ideal for being close to both major grocery stores as well as restaurants. Hopping on the bus to get to Cable Beach and downtown Nassau was extremely convenient and the best way to travel. Overall, this is somewhere I’d go back to without hesitation. "

"Can’t beat the value and close to supermarkets. I like being away from the crowds and downtown so it was right for me. Close to the bus stops as well. Only issue was water pressure was low and had to was dishes in the bathroom sink. Overall great place and communication was great!"

"Alicia our host was friendly and welcoming - good information provided on arrival and great tips for travel and food recommendations.The house was spacious and sleeping accommodation couldn’t be faulted.We were informed, on arrival that the oven was not working but a small grill/oven was available as an alternative. Unfortunately, this was not sufficient to accommodate our cooking needs so wasn’t used.The fridge needs some attention. Whilst we were aware of the ice making facility not working, it also beeped continuously. Outside, was less impressive and real life did not reflect the images shown on the advert. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked but it was on the smaller size and the outside area was tired and in need of some TLC; although this didn’t impact on our enjoyment.Location was ideal. Cable beach is approx 7 min walk but was smaller than expected. The house is situated well for transport into town and access to local restaurants shops and bars.We had a great time!! "

"It was unusually cold in Nassau. The property did not come with enough blankets or a space heater. I asked Ramon and he just said he didn't have a heater. He did not offer to get one or to bring additional blankets. We were uncomfortably cold for the stay."
