"Excellent stay would highly recommend "

"My stay at Baha Mar was overall wonderful. The property itself is absolutely beautiful — very clean, modern, and visually stunning. Our ocean-view room was spectacular and one of the highlights of our trip. The pools, beach, and overall atmosphere all felt high-end and relaxing. The only downside was the inconsistency in staff knowledge. Several times we asked for directions around the resort and many employees didn’t seem familiar with where things were located, which was surprising for a property of this size and caliber. Another issue happened at The Swimming Pig. The bill already included a gratuity (which is fine), but our server told us the gratuity “goes to Baha Mar, not to the staff” in an attempt to get us to tip again. We later confirmed this wasn’t true, so that part felt misleading. Overall, we still had a great experience and would return, but I hope management addresses staff training and transparency with tipping going forward — it would make an already beautiful resort even better."

They were so friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell they care about their guests. The place was clean, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing. Honestly, the staff alone make this hotel worth coming back to. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nassau."

"We loved our stay at Blue Ocean Village. The location was great. There were plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. The beach area is amazing and the apartment itself was really great. The staff are amazing at communicating and went above and beyond with their customer care. We would highly recommend."

"We had the most wonderful stay, from the initial communication with Florian, to the check in and interactions with Della, we absolutely LOVED our stay at this property. Beautiful rooms all surrounding a gorgeous communal area, and fab outdoor facilities. Great location and so much nearby to see and do! Had the absolute best time staying with you!! "
