"My 3rd stay at the hotel. I stayed 14 nights, room was cleaned twice. I bought my own cleaning supplies. I love this place, and location. Just difficult in communication to get a light clean of the room, I put sign on handle of door. I am just disappointed."

"This is a clean comfortable ideally located hotel in a safe area.The buffet breakfast is delicious and varied. You can walk anywhere in downtown Victoria in 10 to 20 minutes. The Legislature Building, the Royal BC museum, the harbour, The Empress Hotel are a few minutes away and such a pleasing view!! Chinatown is about 20 minutes away. Lots of shops and restaurants in the downtown. Fisherman's Wharf is a 15 minute walk with it's colourful floating homes and multiple restaurants. And a 15 minute walk down Menzies St to the seawall walkway along Dallas Road and a stroll on the Ogden Point Breakwater is a must. James Bay offers so much to do and Embassy Inn is accessible to all of it. Good value too! Would stay again!"
