"I travelled with two friends, a daughter and her mom, who was celebrating her 85th birthday. The staff went out of their way to arrange a special welcome with prosecco, fruit and chocolates. They were all so kind and friendly and professional throughout our stay. We were all delighted with our very comfortable rooms and their incredible views. An amazing place to stay in beautiful Victoria BC!"

"I didn’t appreciate check in at 4 pm When arriving in Victoria by noon it would be nice to have your room available sooner Also, our room was cleaned late in the day It would be better if the cleaning was done in the morning"

"The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to everything! The pool access is tough, an aerobics class was taking up the whole pool and we couldn’t swim. The breakfast was great, we had room service. The coffee is not good for the in room dining and the coffee machine coffee also was not tasty. The drinks to have a $34 a night fee on parking but we did appreciate that we were able to check out an hour later."

"We’ve stayed at the Inn at Laurel Point a few times. We love the views and the rooms! This time we were in the older Laurel wing and just loved the inner harbor view - just lovely!"

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel! I loved the giant duck that greeted you upon arrival at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The restaurant next door was really good and had a great selection for food and drinks. Mayfair Mall was about a 5 mins walk from the hotel or there is a small plaza across the street that has a DSW and Home Sense. I would definitely stay here again!"
