"Philippina staff in the dining room were charming and effective. The bed was very comfortable and a good shower. Location and parking very convenient. Breakfast was good - a bit more variety would be appreciated for someone staying 3 or more days. A few issues prevent giving a 5 stars: 1. We complained about loud noise we could hear in our room at the front desk and asked to change rooms. We were told the hotel was full, and that someone would get back to us on the next day, should another room be available. We never heard back 2. I had crutches and broken toes and getting to our room required going up stairs. While I managed with some difficulty, someone with a more serious mobility issues would find it very difficult to not only go up the stairs but to carry luggage as well."

"Good location in Victoria with ample Restaurants in the vicinity. Nice view of the harbour from our room. My one bit of advice if arriving by car is to ready the instructions provided by the hotel as my phone satnav did try to direct me via a route down Yates Street that was not possible. The Hotel mentions this as a likely problem - though doesn’t actually explain the correct route - basically you need to be on Wharf Street to access the short Spur of Yates street that takes you to the car park. It’s a bit easier if you are heading south on Wharf Street but not that important - assuming the traffic is not too bad."
