"Impressed with everything. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spotless. Their breakfast had everything you needed and I loved how they utilize a program to give jobs to those with hearing impairments. Would book here again if we needed a hotel in Burnaby. In the room they provided earplugs and a sound machine as it is a busy area. Parking was easy and had close access to the hotel. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. Highly recommend - have also stayed at the Hilton Metrotown and would choose the Holiday Inn for all its extras. "

"Stayed at the Pan Pacific Lounge Access Club. The view was spectacular. The room was nice and neat and love the view of the harbour when you’re waking up. The club lounge was very cozy with a nice view of the harbour. And the food was good and service was great. Highly recommend it to stay at their Lounge Access Club room it was worth it. "
