Great Location for first timers, it's in the center of everything a tourist wants to visit. As an architect I would improve lots of things. As a non architect, it's fine.
Times Square is right there, the plays are right there, the subway is right there and You are right there.
If you want a hotel that is in the heart of Manhattan then stay at the Millennium Broadway. We managed to walk everywhere we needed to and with restaurants at the end of the road you never go hungry. The view was also truly amazing and I would stay there again
Found the location excellent how ever fill that the rooms could use a bit of a face lift and would benifit to have a fridge and microwave in the room
Initially on finding a mouse in my room the staff acted quickly on relocating me to another room an floor. Staff were extremely friendly an helpful at all times .
The hotel is in a great location. Our room was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable for our stay. It was also very quiet. Surprising considering how central the hotel is. The staff were always polite and very accommodating. A nice touch was supplying umbrellas when it was raining.
