This property is really nice. This is something good for a long stay since room Is beautiful, clean, well maintained, looks new, and staff are nice. It is also affordable. The room is cold, the TV has netflix and big, toiletries are available, therenis also a pantry or kitchen area for basic needs.

Great staff! I arrived much earlier than my check-in, so I decided to do some sightseeing and they let me leave my luggage until I came back to check-in. I didn’t have to drag my suitcase all over NYC.

I love this hotel...they have everything you need. Its very comfortable, spacious and not compact like a lot of the other surrounding hotels. The price is always reasonable and i love that they give free champayne. I would and have been recommending this place to all my family and friends. If the price is right i will always stay at this hotel.

The room was well maintained and overall comfortable during my stay. The restroom, however, was a little lacking. They provided towels and face towels, but there wasn’t a bath mat or towel available to place on the floor. This became an issue because the shower head was spraying water in multiple directions, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. As a result, the floor became quite slippery and required some extra caution. That said, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I requested extra towels and also needed an iron, and both were brought directly to my room without any issues. I really appreciated how responsive they were to my requests. The air conditioning worked fine and definitely got the room cold enough at night, although the unit looked like it could use a good cleaning. Despite that, the room stayed comfortably cool while sleeping. One of the bigger downsides was how thin the walls were. You could easily hear people talking in neighboring rooms and in the hallway. Unfortunately, I was also woken up by people repeatedly slamming their doors in the middle of the night. I understand that noise can be difficult for a hotel to completely control, but the lack of soundproofing definitely affected the quality of my sleep. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. There are a few areas that could use improvements, but overall a decent stay.
