Safe location close to the Metro station, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very clean and modern. Friendly and accommodating staff. I would definitely stay there again!

Room was too cold. We asked to reception. They did nothing for it. There were not slippers in the room. Linens set was polyester. Breakfast was not enough. No olive, no white cheese.. So, I will not stay there again. Hilton Brand goes down in my point of view.

Horrible experience
It so disappointing from first night. The AC is not working and left as till the next day to change the room. The 2 nd room was also hot and the AC don’t go below 25 or 24.8 degrees and very humid. They other day we left in the morning and back at night and found out that room not fitted or cleaned at all. It was very very horrible experience. Never again booked lesson learned and never pay in advance again.

Very Handy: tube station nearby, ne need to Take thecar to the city centre.. perhaps you should explain How to reach the hotel..which wasn’t easy ( gps not working properly)..

Nice property in a nice area near university. Unfortantely, there was no air conditioning and the weather was warm, making the room uncomfortable for sleeping. I had the windows unlocked but the busy road noise did not provide for quite, sound sleep.

Properly is pretty and spacious. However, the cleaning staff disappointed me as firstly they forgot to leave the duvet in the room second they gave me a stained one. Additionally, the dirty towels were not changed for the duration of our stay. The reception staff are friendly but when you request for assistance over the phone they forget so you have to repetitively ask for the same request.

Good hotel, let down by breakfast
Arrived late at night, the kitchen closes at 9.30pm so receptionist gave us directions to a local restaurant - very helpful. Next morning breakfast was chaos. Seemed understaffed and they were slow to replenish food, crockery, cutlery and glasses. What was there was ok but disappointing given we could see what had run out. We checked out and left the car to take metro into the city. No fault of the hotel but be very careful using metro as a couple of genuine mistakes led to us being fined €32 each.

Very comfortable new rooms
Fantastic check in experience, comfortable bed, clean room and climate control in room. This was a stopover so didn’t get to explore the nearby city. Breakfast was also nice. Would stay here again however it did seem as though it was not centrally located but I think the comfort is worth it.

Beautiful hotel. Very poor breakfast - pity!
Loved this hotel. Staff at reception could not be nicer or more helpful. The tall man in the bar was awesome and worked so hard. Breakfast was a real let down. It was inconvenient and mean! Could not eat the eggs and the croissants were stale. Made no sense to have to queue for the hot food, croissants and coffee. This puts terrible pressure on the poor staff who are worked off their feet. The hotel is obviously short staffed. What a pity! Everything else was so nice!
