The location is great, tram access easy, and it's a short walk downhill to the Bourke St shopping Mall. CitiClub Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable, and you have YouTube access as a guest. Great Malaysian restaurant next door, coffee shops close and a supermarket 2 doors down. Whenever I visit Melbourne, I stay here and feel safe as a solo Traveller.

Excellent location in the heart of Melbourne CBD, close to trams and Bourke St Mall. Easy check-in and received an upgrade upon arrival which was a lovely bonus! Everything most happy with.

The staff were so friendly, and the hotel is convenient to shops, restaurants and city sights. The room is comfortable but showing its age and wifi wasn’t great. Unfortunately, a nightclub next door is loud on the weekend - which the hotel can’t control.
