It was good. Very small rooms and it had hotel key card energy-saving switches. It took forever for the air conditioning to catch up because the room key had to be removed whenever I was not in my room. Other than it being tiny it was a great location and clean.

The staff were very helpful, unfortunately we were not happy with our first allocated room (129) which is located next to the reception & lobby. The hotel wi-fi isn’t great. The breakfast buffet was included with our room, I wouldn’t pay the extra €20 if it wasn’t. The location to Centrale Station is fab.

Great location if you are arriving at Milano central train station … easy check in and super friendly staff … nice bed and tv, small room but good layout design … only miner problem was the room was too cold .. but it was fixed as it seems the AC can be controlled from the front desk.Didnt try the breakfast as there are many cafes / restaurants close by.

​We stayed here for two nights during a family trip. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Milano Centrale, with a McDonald’s nearby, which was very convenient. ​However, the room quality was disappointing. One of our rooms had a persistent, bad smell. While the staff attempted to fix it after we reported it, the odor came right back a short while later. ​On a positive note, the staff demonstrated great honesty. I accidentally left my expensive camera behind in the room when we went out. I called the front desk to ask them to check on it, and when we returned after room service had finished, the camera was safe and sound. ​Great location and trustworthy staff, but the room maintenance and cleanliness need improvement.

Very clean room and bedsheets, though the room had a light cigarette smell and only 2 pillows were provided. Excellent location right by the train station, with great restaurants and a coffee shop around the corner that serves amazing cappuccinos and pastries. Stayed 2 nights.
