"First time in Nashville. Everything was just as described. I always love when the little things included. Coffee, soap, trash bags, dishes, etc. Great location not busy but easy walks to music row and outskirts of downtown."

"We were sent an email our original booking for the Rosedale had a water leak so our property location changed. It was really nice to have the quick change of location taken care of with no hiccups. Also, when we arrived at the new location, our code for the front door wasn’t working. We made a call and that also was resolved quickly. I ABSOLUTELY would recommend this company again and use again. Thank you for making our stay easy."

"This place is perfect for large groups. The 3 bathrooms were the biggest selling point for us (9 women!!). Place was very clean, bit of a mildew smell, comes with older buildings. Everything was spacious and very clean. Walking distance to Broadway. Closet space was minimal so we kept our stuff in our suitcases. Kitchen had everything we needed, and living room was big enough for us all to hang out. Homeless slept outside (saw them coming home each night) but they were gone by morning, we...

"This was our first trip to Nashville and it did not disappoint. The condo was a perfect location for us. We found the Farmers Market and made our way there every morning for coffee and breakfast and a sit in the park before starting our day exploring. The condo was superbly clean and we did not have a single issue with checking in or out or the facility. We would definitely recommend!"
