Condominium in the heart of Nashville. ONE MILE FROM DOWNTOWN BROADWAY! Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville's best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.

The Space:
- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, creamer, and sugar.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage.

Nashville Get Away

The property was everything as described. The location was perfect for us to walk to everything we wanted to do. Spent everyday on Broadway taking in all the great entertainment and food and having a great time at the Predators game. Would highly recommend this location to anyone. The hosts were great and we would definitely stay again our next time in Nashville

Great Location and Very Clean Place

The placed was located close to downtown and events. Great location to stay. Was very close to restaurants nearby within walking distance and even within walking distance to Broadway Street (about 18-minute leisurely walk). Very clean and well kept. There is a train that goes by that was nice to sit on the back porch and watch. Goes by at night but is not too load or disruptive. Very quiet and clean area. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Nashville.

We stayed for an extended weekend. Everything was as described. Everything was clean. The place is within walking distance of broadway, if you don’t mind about a 15 minute or so walk. We walked our first day and took an Uber the rest of the time since the weather wasn’t ideal weather the rest of our stay. Check in communication was easy and there is additional parking close by if you have additional vehicles. There is a train track right next to the place, but was hardly noticeable when it passed for what little time we spent in the apartment.

Very clean and cute place. It is definitely a 15min walk to broadway which we did not mind at all. Whole Foods store was close by. The only not so great, but not terrible was the train. At first it is kind of loud but then you get used to it. There also were no kitchen towels. But other than that. Great place. Would rent again.

Great trip, place was clean, well stocked and cute….but the train was ……well it was loud, we did not tihink we would have an problem with it, but sorry to say it was crazy, one train was ok, two trains not so good but 4-5 trains, it was nuts! And this was every night… Other than the train and finding a tick in the condo, we really liked this place.

Quick trip to Nashville

The apartment was very nice and in a great location for us. Just a short uber ride to Broadway! The neighbors upstairs were very noisey and seemed like they were stomping when they walked and this went on til 11 PM. We left a very important item in the dresser drawer and Tim was so helpful in retreiving the item and our friend who lives local was able to pick up the item. I would recommend this vrbo to any of my friends!

Birthday Trip

The property was very clean and easy to find. Mixed reviews of the train situation and the train ran every day and very often while we were there. Trains appear to be loading near by so they very often sat on the tracks directly next to the property for quite some time every day and run multiple times during the night. Accessories for your stay are very limited. A broom, extra hand towels, dish towels and some type of cleaning spray (Clorox disinfectant cleaning spray) would have been appreciated to clean up especially when or if you prepare meals there. Overall a good stay.

Unfortunate circumstances but corrected

We loved the location of our first spot because it was within walking distance to Broadway and venues. However it was not disclosed that the train literally is right outside the apartment. Unfortunately there was a waterline break which meant no water. Management immediately looked into it and offered us another property which was 10ish minutes from downtown. So the inconvenience of having to pack and move was unexpected. However the second property was beautiful. We appreciate the offer they provided to wuickly accommodate us.
