Summary:
ONE MILE FROM DOWNTOWN BROADWAY! Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.

The Space:
- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee, sugar and creamer for your use.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage.
- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place.

The time allotted in between stays allows the cleaners to perform their duties prior to your arrival. There are multiple luggage stow companies in Nashville that you may utilize while exploring the city. One parking spot is permitted per rental in the parking garage. Parking passes are provided upon arrival. Only one permit will be provided, there are no additional spots and there are no exceptions. Please plan accordingly. An elevator is on site, and two stairwells are accessible. An elevator code, and a keyless door entry code will be provided to you 2 days prior to arrival.

Good simple place for a trip to Nashville.

Great place to stay that is away from the main Broadway strip (which is super nice after a long loud evening). Easy to walk to most places. Only complaint was the train and how loud it could be heard from the bedroom. Overall great place to stay.

Weekend getaway

The hosts were accommadating, easy to communicate with and timely with responses. The property was located close enough to Broadway to walk and also located close to some great bars in Germantown. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Close enough to Broadway that we could walk. Beds were very comfortable and we didn’t have any issues with train noise. Coffee, creamer and sugar was in the condo, which was a huge plus for us!

Great for a friend's trip

This was the perfect property for our group of 5. It was easy to find, convenient on-site parking, and within walking distance of most of our plans. The building had an elevator that needed a code which made us feel safe. We found it to be extremely clean as well. Kitchen had everything we needed to make some quick meals. Host provided lots of information that made the process quick & easy. I will add that the check-out/clean up instructions could be more concise and clear. There were 3 different locations for that information (message from host, flyer on kitchen counter, and message on front door) and each one had something on there that wasn't everywhere else, which wasn't a big deal but could make a step easily missed.

First Time Nashville

The condo was perfect and in a great location - easy 5 minute Uber access to Broadway. The part of town was nice and well kept up. People mentioned in other reviews about the train. We found it to be a non issue and if anything was more like a white noise. There is a bar/restaurant a 2 minute walk and it had really good food. All in all a big thumbs up. We would definitely stay there again.

condo was in great location, easy access to downtown area. 2 block walk to Bus Station, rode bus back and forth. Lots of down hill to downtown scene and all uphill back. Bus was cheap, easy access, no expensive parking car downtown. Used bus to go to Grand Ole Opry, no driving own car. TIM and KRISTIN great to deal with. Train heard a few times, but no big issue. Will stay here again, when in Nashville. Great meals and times at Jonathans, around corner from Condo. Easy walk.

Comfortable

Beds were comfortable and the space was what we needed. It was further from where we needed to be than the map told us, which caused for more expensive Ubers. It would be nice to have bottled water in the fridge. Lastly there was no cream left in the container so was unable to enjoy the coffee.

Would Stay Again!!

We were very pleased with our stay here. The condo is very clean and well equipped. We were in town for 4 nights with another couple. It was an easy walk to Broadway. There is a minor league baseball stadium across the street, which we took advantage of. On the corner behind the condo there is a nice bar. We took an Uber to the Grand Ole Opry on Friday. It was just $25, which we didn’t feel was too bad. For everything else, we walked. We bar hopped every day and never had issues walking to Broadway or back. It felt safe. No homeless people and no peddlers. A few things I feel are worth mentioning (keeping in mind I would absolutely stay here again): The bath towels weren’t great. Ours smelled musty. Not a deal breaker, next time we will just bring our own. Neither bedroom had a TV. It may have stated that in the listing, I can’t recall. We would still stay here again despite the lack of TV’s. Our group was all people who sleep with the TV on each night. Turns out alcohol helps us all fall asleep without a TV. 😆 Nashville was a great time! We will be back next year and we hope to stay here again. Thank you to our hosts, your condo was perfect for our needs.
