"Unfortunately I booked through the Hotels.com app and I paid more than the basic thistle express room thinking I was getting a bigger bed. Turns out I had the basic single room. As usual. The staff are brilliant. The bed is comfortable. And the rooms are spotless. It won’t stop me staying again. In fact I’ve already booked for Christmas week. "

"Breakfast was good.Fresh natural juices,hit drinks, fruits and yougurts, croissants,etc.Didn't like the quality of sausages, no boiled eggs only scrambled.Also sausages and bacon are dry."

"The room was very clean. We ate there which was good food. The breakfast we went down late and a lot had ran out -juice yoghurt etc but the English hot food was good. We paid a very good rate and value for money was excellent "

"Stayed there for one night as we had an early flight. Room nice, hotel very close to the airport so it’s only a short walk. Was pleasantly surprised that they served breakfast from 3am in the morning- amazing! The only downside was that we had to walk down the stairs with heavy luggage to come up onto the pavement and walk to the airport"
