"Excellent hotel, we were a bit dissapointed that there was no A/C, but I called about it and a fan was sent to the room and the young man who brought it was very kind and helped us opening the window because we couldnt figure out how to open it. Overall, very good experience."

"We booked the Apex Temple Court for our 8 night stay in London and they did not disappoint. The room and bath were comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were cordial, professional and very helpful. The hotel is well situated and close to two Tube lines and major bus routes. There are some excellent pubs and restaurants nearby. We chose this hotel after careful consideration and we chose well. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent stay, excellent service! Was helped by Jess at check in. She was cheerful and helpful which made the check in process enjoyable and breezy. The room was heavenly and really cosy, even managed a cheeky bath before I checked out. Only stayed for a night and didn't really get to check out the wonderful facilities there but I'll be sure to check it out when I come back again, because I definitely will be back! Probably the only suggestion I would have is to provide compliments toiletries for guests."
