"Our room was cleaned each day, we received two bottles of water each day, teas. The place is close to dining options and close to M&S food hall. Close to the Waterloo tube station and Westminster station. London eye is close. "

"There was an abundance of shopping options. The room was always spotless. The staff were all very helpful in whatever your needs might be. Although we weren't there on business, they certainly appeared to be set-up for any bususiness situation requirement."

The sustainability option was used on the door for no cleaning but then staff still came in unexpectedly and didn’t love that. We would have put our belongings away had we known staff would enter. "
