"We arrived early and we were kindly allowed use of the spa, pools, sauna and steam room. Service is second to none. We would have liked to have eaten at Sean Rankin’s restaurant but, unfortunately there was a wedding being held there. Our meal in Fletchers was very good. Our (cosy) room was on the top floor but next to the lift, which was fortunate. Everything was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very efficient room service. "

There was a slight problem with the water supply where the water system was going to be unavailable while it was being cleaned but they provided us with bottled water.
