We cannot praise them highly enough,, and looking forward to our next visit to see more of the Moors and Dales."

The room was spacious and we had a lovely view of the gardens opposite. I would definitely book to stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years when visiting family. On this occasion it was shortly after my wife had an operation. The staff were helpful in providing a room close to the lift and were keen to ensure that everything was okay for us. The only downside was that in booking a second room for our daughter we were charged for 2 breakfasts (no option for a single) by Hotels.com - not the policy of the hotel we were told. In future we would not pre-order breakfast and pay at the hotel."
