It was an old building , with character. I was on 2nd floor, quite a way to carry my suitcase, lovely room with nice outlook but the floor was uneven and windows difficult to open due to the age of the building.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location on the edge of the market square in Masham. The staff were really friendly and our room was good, it's a shame the bar closes early, we were up there for a gig at the Town Hall and wanted a drink afterwards with our friends, luckily the Bruce Arms were very accommodating. A nice place to stay, a shame there were no biscuits in the rooms for your afternoon cuppa though.

I loved Everything and Everyone at your Hotel. From the reception to the Wait and Bar staff. The Housekeeping and Grounds. My little Cottage was Perfect. Had Everything I needed The Pub was awesome. Breakfast a big plus. If Ever I heeded Anything I just had to ask and I received it. Location was Perfect too. I would come back anytime and stay with You. Thank You.

We stayed for a short 1-night break and the service from the staff was great from start to finish. Despite being oppressively hot, the staff were really friendly, the room was great and the food was lovely too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to you.

Lovely pub, hotel and area. You won’t be disappointed. Plus two breweries! My only request is to have a secure area for motorbikes. If they had that, then they would be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
