"Lovely staff and great location on the beach. Room was a bit stuffy and even with windows open, could not get a comfortable nights sleep. Pillows could do with being a bit more supportive. Very flat with little support. "

"Location Location Location!! Just few minutes to walk to the Bournemouth Pier and beach. Room wasn't the cleanest, but very good just to sleep, pack and go as price for 1 night was incredibly low at this location ."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I am gluten free and there were plenty of options which was really appreciated ."

"Air conditioning is amazing beds very comfortable but had to check out on the 2nd night at 11pm due to the noise level from a function on & we were right above it! So really spoiled it, no rooms to change was offered! Not good when you have an autistic child with you and had to drive home which was a 3hour drive! "
