The room and the entire property was very well presented and fresh. The restaurant was also exceptional with top level table service and a great menu. Only negatives are that road facing room was a little noisy during the morning and evening rush hours and the security light in the room was quite intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stop over.

Very clean and comfortable room. Great bed, quiet area. Excellent breakfast. Short walk into town. I liked the option of not having the room serviced and receiving a free drink! The lift was a bit dodgy - very slow. Enjoyed my stay.

A perfect base for a seven day exploration of the Yorkshire Dales. Brilliant to arrive back each day knowing we had off street private parking and secure WiFi for business needs and walking distance to a selection of eatery’s for dinner. Of course each day commenced with an a la carte breakfast menu, set in a dining room with beautiful white linen tablecloths and a most gracious hostess. All staff went above and beyond to cater for our requirements. Thank you.

Warm, welcoming reception from our hostess Sue. We were lucky enough to be the only guests so were really spoiled! Our room was large, well appointed, beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was also very clean and well decorated. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. We stayed at Newsham Grange on our first night of a driving holiday and, as I suspected, we were spoiled as not all our accommodation was as good as this.Thank you Sue, you are a wonderful...
