"This is such a friendly hotel, the staff are warm and genuine. It was such a pleasure to stay there. The facilities are good, air conditioning would be nice in the bedrooms, but that's not essential. The evening food offering isn't great as the only choice past 5pm is the restaurant or room service. ..."

Very nice hotel but a few things put me off
"Really enjoyed the hotel, the only two things that spoiled it for me was…there was lots of hair in the swimming pool and the beds weren’t very comfortable, especially the pillows they were extremely uncomfortable, apart from these two things the hotel is lovely 😊"

"Everything you need in a minimal space! Very practical accomodation, right in the middle of Harrogate. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and kitchen. The street can be a bit noisy, easy access through public transport, but parking can be a bit of a pain."
