"The bed was ok, it was a single, lots of storage, kettle with tea bags, tv and a safe. Bathroom light was automatic so goes off if you're in the shower, where there was no shower gel or soap. The internal stairs are fine but getting out the fire escape for out of hours access is where it's tricky. There's a balcony out there with seating. Fine for short stays and there's a bus stop outside for when it runs."

Great room and comfy bed. Very well positioned property to visit all that The Cotswolds has to offer. Excellent breakfast with lots of options cooked to order. We enjoyed two excellent dinners as well and recommend booking during busy periods. Lovely beer garden area and excellent staff. A perfect stay and highly recommend. Thanks!

Lovely garden setting and beautiful old building. Great continental breakfast with decent coffee :))! Cooked also available. The only place we stayed with good information and maps for local walks

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff in particular were so helpful especially because they located my husband’s wallet he had misplaced. Locals often could be found in the bar/dining area.
The only issue was related to having rooms that were dated.
We had a disabled room and were concerned that there were no electric power points next to the bed. To recharge mobiles etc was difficult.
We would return if we had the opportunity.

On our tour of Somerset, Devon & Cornwall the Bathurst Arms was the Highlight! The ideal place to base yourself if you’re exploring the Cotswolds. Comfortable & clean rooms, welcoming staff and great food. The pub is a mix of tourists and friendly locals. Highly recommend! Make sure you explore the local villages on foot or via car. Make sure you take the roads less traveled!
