Not sure if I would stay here again it’s a good resort clean the ppl are nice the pool was nice they are doing renovations so the AC goes out for a few hours out the day and they didnt notify us that would happen, on one of my days I put the sign on the door to freshen up the room no one never came until the next day at 9pm I even went to the lobby to ask and no one came the same day I was called about 3 times to attend a seminar for a timeshare that’s not a time share they do not offer shuttle service if you don’t book directly on the hotel website and if you wana go into town the taxi is around $70 round trip the hotel grounds are nice and well kept tho

The Beach Villa was unbelievable like from a dream. It was the best vacation we have ever had. The service was impeccable. The Villa was insane - our private beach, pool and patio were beautiful. The food was incredible at every restaurant. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Place was beautiful!! My husband and I had a great time! Beach was beautiful 😍!!! Enjoyed Pepe's jerk chicken, delicious! We knew the place didn't have shade, so we bought beach umbrellas before we came down. By the afternoon, the sun goes down behind the building. Loved doing the yoga and aqua aerobics near the pool. Hotel was beautiful and clean, staff was nice and friendly. Loved the water slides, they were fun! The one thing, was that it was hard to get reservations for all the restaurants. We ate at 2 and the rest were booked. Steakhouse was meh, but absolutely loved Napoli (Italian restaurant), that was awesome! All in all, we would definitely come back!!
