Great location, family freidnly apartment!

Apartment is right next to tram stop, great location and easy to travel to the CBD without driving. The view from apartment is amazing, especially sunset! The apartment is a bit dated, but acceptable for short trip.

Weekend in the City.

Property was as described with great views over the river and marina opposite. The Free City Tram leaves from outside the building, Woolworths is a very short walk and there are a number of restaurants and take aways in walking distance.

The bedding was a let down as they only had one very thin blanket and no doona. The mattress was also uncomfortable. The carpet was dirty and the apartment stunk. The shower needed a really good scrub also.

Check in was quick and easy, directions to the apartment were clear. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Only issue was the balcony door was unlocked with no key to lock it - luckily I wasn’t on the ground floor otherwise I would have felt uncomfortable. Great location for the Marvel Stadium and I could walk into the CBD or use the tram which stops right outside.

Would never stay here again. No parking had to walk around the block and pay to use Woolworths car park which was $40 a night. Booked a room with one double bed and a queen bed got a double and two singles. Upon trying to organising carpark and to get the right Room they wouldn’t answer the phone because was out of hours and said they were only responding to an email so I could park as it was out of hours, they never fixed to room a couple had to sleep separately and one even left after the first night due to parking and sleeping arrangements. They were extremely rude during our stay and after when we had an issue receiving the deposit back they we’re basically yelling at my husband and told him they were busy to send a text. The room smelt unclean, there was mould in the shower. Worst experience ever.

The 1st unit we were given was not suitable but Orange Stay found another unit for us very quickly. The 2nd unit was well laid out, had a bigger balcony and a comfortable couch. The washer/dryer and dishwasher appliances were tricky to operate and some instructions would've helped. The master bed mattress felt well used and there were some stains on the carpet.The ensuite bathroom had also had a lingering odour but we couldn't identify its source.

The location is amazing. There’s a tram (in the free zone) right outside the apartment/hotel doors. This tram takes you just about all the way to Melbourne Central. It’s near Marvel stadium in case you need to go there (which was a win for me). There is a woolies nearby if you need to get groceries or some snacks for your stay. The room itself was great. Appliances worked, TV could be connected to netflix to watch your shows, nice little balcony to relax on, bathroom was clean and tidy. The only couple things I disliked was the rug was very stained and dirty in our room, it needs to be replaced at this point. And the living room / kitchen area was very dusty, made me wonder when it was last cleaned… We were only here for a short time (2 nights) but I can see how this would be a very useful apartment to stay at for longer periods.

Reception wasn’t really a reception. Had cleaning stuff everywhere and was just a table and a couch with laundry and service consumables everywhere. Otherwise the apartments were great except when two out of three lifts didn’t work.
