"Room was spotless. Jo & Andy were welcoming and friendly, made us feel like we’d known them for ages. Breakfast was lovely. If we visit Blackpool again, we would definitely be returning to this B&B. Highly recommend. "

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Fast check in. Staff were all friendly. Room was nice enough. Bar was nice with a goid choice. Also had an evening meal, which we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again, but wouldn't bother with the breakfast. I'd buy that elsewhere."

"We were allocated a room on the 3rd floor but we noticed straight away that the toilet was leaking. The staff were straight onto the problem but it couldn't be quickly fixed so we were moved to an alternative room which was more spacious and with a nicer outlook. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. We enjoyed the breakfasts and booked to eat in the hotel each night and were not disappointed- good food, and not too pricey. "Really good value. Entertainment every night. Gorgeous food, comfortable room, reasonable priced drinks. Staff all friendly and approachable. Tram stop right outside. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were brilliant, enjoyable break. "
