"We stayed 2 nights and our room was not serviced once while we were there. Breakfast was amazing!!"

"The place is clean and the rooms spacious, but the amenities are ackward: the fire pit for example required driving to, the fireplace didn't work in our room (they couldn't even fix it), the room heater controller was so unusual that it didn't just work like a thermostat but had some strange "Day/Night" setting. There were also large shipping containers onsite, maybe for a remodel, why knows, they took up the parking lot so that the balcony view was basically the roof of the containers. Overall not a good atmosphere."

"I liked the valet service because it was such a unique experience not having to find parking in Monterey. I also liked the idea of walking over the street on the third floor skywalk to my room. I liked breathing in the fresh ocean air coming in through the windows of my room."
