The Hotel near the lake is fairly quiet. Great blinds, curtains, large bathtub in my upstairs room. WiFi didn’t work in my room, it was a slight inconvenience for me, I guess that it’s down, not strong enough or something. The room is spacious. I was very comfortable. View of the lake was nice. There was construction during my stay but it was bearable. I highly recommend booking direct and save lots!

Room is overall really clean and price is affordable. It’s near the lake. But one thing.. the bbq spot was little disappointing. The fire was too low so the meat wouldn’t cook. Service was good. Bed is little small for two adults to sleep on. But overall, it was great!

Upon arrival the staff was friendly and attentive. The issues started in the room with lumpy bed that hurt me and my partners neck, struggled with the door to open or close, the shower/ bathroom combo flooded into the faucet area which made running to the restroom a messy experience. The view of the lake was nice, the heater was cozy, and the table was cool but the negative things I described almost ruined my first experience to Big Bear.

Its close to the village. The room was very clean which we appreciated. Good variety of clean dishes available to use for eating and cooking. Friendly staff at check in. Nice outdoor fire pit/BBQ area with a lake view. I'd give it overall about a 4.7, the only thing was we had wifi issues but we thankfully didn't really need wifi. Had a great time with our little family if three.

Overall great location to the village. Big beat lake is just right behind the place we stayed in. Unfortunately there was construction around the property but they are just making the place look better. Room was big. Not sure if we got a bad bed or box spring. Every th time we would lay down, it seemed as our heads were lower than our feet. Our feet were higher than our heads. We turned the mattress around and same problem. Other than that issue, place was great.
